At Happy Tail Essentials, your satisfaction — and your pet's happiness — is our top priority. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Request a Return
Email us at the385713@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return needed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Used or opened items for hygiene reasons
- Items not in original condition
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order for the correct product.
