At Happy Tails Essentials, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Damaged or defective items? Email the385713@gmail.com within 48 hours with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost. Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable.
